Would love to get an Apex poly trigger for my Shield.....hate that hinged trigger..... Received an email this morning from Casey at Apex which advised they will probably release one in about 6 months.
If your two pistols are of the same caliber, and if you think it is the return spring, have you tried switching them out to see how they perform in opposite guns?
Nice quality in leather and stitching. Loops are thicker leather which is nice. DOT snaps would have been better, but have had no problems with the snaps holding. Are there better holsters? Of course, but gets the job done nicely for $55 plus shipping.

I bought one (IWB) for my Shield and love it. The re-enforced opening and retention your belt uses insures a nice fit and I like the 10 degree cant making the grip less visible through the shirt. The break in is a little bit of an "experience." They recommend wrapping the pistol in plastic and...
I was in a gun store a few months ago and they had a sign over the counter that fully explains your issue....."Need Has Nothing To Do With It"
So I say if you want it, go for it and don't look back. It just felt right in my hand and after 400 plus rounds I don't regret buying one.
