Got some ammo coming in this week & hopefully hit the range by end of week to check things out,seems like S&W should keep better quality control over gap & shake problems.

Same here made it a way better gun,went with the full kit.

Plus 1,it makes a HUGE difference,highly recommend,again the price is high.

I have a Gp100 & a 686 plus that I got at the same time ,the original rubber grip on the S&W wasnt bad but I liked the looks & feel of the Hogue conversion grip & they both feel the same to me,not going back,the wood grips I have look better but for shooting the Hogues are the best.

Ok ,looks like the safety release at the frame isnt being fully released ,tried removing & reinstalling trigger assembly but has the same problem being hung up ,when I remove the trigger pin halfway the trigger & safety work,push it in & the safety doesnt fully release ,hmmm.... Update: Fixed .

The release isn't working,the trigger can be depressed either way,tryin to figure out how it works

Yeh the center moveable part,its functioning properly except for that,maybe I overlooked something,the Apex vids suck ,I mean for $165 there should be something

put the FSS trigger kit in late last night in my new MP9 & the trigger can be pulled without touching the center release,any ideas?

Again if u have a shoelace tie ends together the size of a rubberband,wraparound the tool 1 or 2 times & just pull up,no need for oil .

My FSS kit came today,I have a new Pro9 ,hope I dont have a problem installing tomorrrow.

I have the same one,just bought 3 guns over last month, a Gp100,686plus,MP9,I like the 686+,the action is very nice stock,no changes for me,single action is almost hair trigger,the .357 is an awesome round with an awesome gun,probably one of the best revolvers out there.
