If you're talking about the moveable center part of the trigger, the only thing I can think of (without seeing the pistol) is a defectively manufactured trigger safety. There really is no way to install the trigger incorrectly. The little tab on the back side should hit the frame and stop the trigger pull if the release isn't depressed. Unless you somehow got it installed so the tab doesn't clear the frame opening. Pictures would help.

Yeh the center moveable part, its functioning properly except for that, maybe I overlooked something, the Apex vids suck ,I mean for $165 there should be something

The release isn't working, the trigger can be depressed either way, tryin to figure out how it works

Ok ,looks like the safety release at the frame isnt being fully released ,tried removing & reinstalling trigger assembly but has the same problem being hung up ,when I remove the trigger pin halfway the trigger & safety work, push it in & the safety doesnt fully release ,hmmm.... Update: Fixed .

As you can see the clearance that the safety now has ,this piece rests against the frame of the gun, mine was resting in more so there was no clearance, except when I took the trigger pin out halfway then there was clearance ,soon as I pushed the pin in clearance was gone & no safety ,I got a screw driver & put it against the back of the trigger & pushed down hard & now its fine as you can seephoto.JPG

I consider $165 cheap to turn a crappy trigger into a great one. Sometimes parts that should drop in, don't.
