It's a nice WOW gun, but not practical for every outing kind of thing. More of a save your life scenario, and a cylinder down range every other outing. I had.. one, and now I want one again.

They may need to screw in the barrels correctly to compete with S&W.

Was the light strikes issue apparent before replacing parts? Order a new screw and test. Screw is not expensive and there should be several sources of acquiring it including directly from s&w.

Unfortunately it will happen. The b.woodcas. pen may work, but sometimes hiding something makes it easier to notice it's there.

Rep and revolver gun smith are possibly different people/jobs. :eek: It does happen often, but never trust a stranger over the phone/email. The "gearing" (per say) ratchets & hand are different when you have more or less "teeth" in the mechanism. It may be possible to have both, but you may...

Fair and easy to do, but when buying online and the picture posted indicates a broken or know issue its never that easy. This specimen could be an easy fix, but I've always found these types to be expensive waste of time. Only my experienced opinion.

Don't buy it.

500. - 800. Condition and extras affect price. Everything comes and goes in life. Buy her want makes both of you happy, money cannot buy that. However if it's in good shape I'd keep it. Also see if she can shoot/range rent a few choices before buying.

From a 586 to a 629. I would.
