I gave 405gr cast and 300gr.cast I would like to use SR 4759 i gave several LBS.any one have a favorite load.

Yes.
It will still need to be resized as normal. My understanding of the Wylde chamber is that the difference is in the throat/leade. The throat/leade into the fully rifled portion of the barrel is a compromise in length between the longer throat of the 5.56 and the shorter throat of a .223 chamber. Neither will affect the case itself.

I have a Henry in 45-70 that I shoot cast 405's from. My older Lyman cast bullet book shows 23 to 28 grains of 4759 powder with a 400 grain plain base bullet. I have chosen to use 25 grains with the 405's in my brass frame Henry. Recoil is not bad and accuracy with the buckhorn open sights is pretty darn good. If you are recoil sensitive I would go with the lower load.
