Bodyguard 2.0 is slowly replacing my J frames

They do make one with a manual safety. In fact, the safety is required in some states like CA and MA. Mine has one, as you can see here:

The BG 2.0 may be the best small handgun ever. And I love my J frames.
The BG 2.0 is a pretty good combination of almost all of the most desirable features of a deep-concealment handgun.
I am thinking about getting a second one.

Love my BG 2.0. Very easy to pocket carry. I prefer to have a chambered round and the manual safety. I like it so much that I just picked up the Performance Center version of the BG 2.0. Haven't had a chance to take them back to the range yet. And like someone already mentioned, just work the safety a few thousand times watching tv. I will loosen up.

What are the PC versions selling for?

In full transparency, I do carry the Bodyguard 2.0 NTS in my strongside front pocket. It is a dream to carry (even as a primary, but then I live in a place where they have and will never film an episode of "Cops"). IMHO, you cannot beat the Vedder Pocket Locker for holstering this pistol. With striker-fired guns, especially, I want the trigger guard COMPLETELY covered. I cannot understand why even supposedly "custom" holsters for the Bodyguard 2.0 often leave a 1/3" or so of it exposed. Vedder gets it right.

I had to order one with slide safety because they didn't have any at the shop I usually go to. it took like a week to get I actually took it out for a ride today at the range good little shooter and so easy to hide. I'm in mass the tyrannical state.

I used to carry a j frame, but I refuse to carry a revolver anymore because I have had several just lock up for no apparent reason. I've had to send S&Ws and Rugers back but they never really gave me an explanation of WHY they locked up.
Even though I already have two 380s that have been 100% reliable, I would have probably bought a 2.0 if you didn't have to remove the rear sight to get the striker assembly out. As a competition shooter, since the 90s, I have seen a LOT of striker fired pistols NOT fire, due to a dirty or wet striker or striker channel 😱

Some of my pistol purchases have been based on the ease of stripping the slide for a good cleaning. 1911's, 2011's, and Glocks are about the easiest. My P365's are okay as well.
Smith makes it too complicated sometimes.

A lot of Kydex holsters print too much.
Take a look at AHolsters. Got one for my LCR, barely prints (the grip is the big issue for printing) and it's smooth against my leg. Can hardly feel the bulk of the cylinder.

Depends on the holster, and your pants. The Alabama Kydex, with the rounded bottom, prints very little in 'dad bod' jeans. ;)
It's evident that something is there, but there's a bunch of other junk in the left side pocket as well.
