May be Xanchou Fireworks Co..in Bejing?? LOL Actually don't know who may makes them but for most blow away ammo otherwise known as bulk reloading target ammo I use the cheapest primers I can find. When I am loading for serious target and serious hunting ammo I use the best I can find. I know many will not agree with my philosophy but I shoot more reloads than most and mostly with home cast bullets I shoot them for fun. For the SD role I use high end boughten ammo of which I may shoot a box a year in the 3 or 4 calibers I may carry for that purpose. L doubt I will shoot more than that for the hunting ammo either so a thousand high priced primers for my hunting ammo will last a long time. Heck I'm almost down to the last 500 S&W small pistol primers I bought oh so many years ago. And only have two 20 round boxes of S&W 44 mag ammo left. The best deal I have gotten lately was the S&B primers Cabela's was selling recently for 18 bucks a thousand delivered. I bought 40,000 in all 4 flavors. I also got 15,000 Fiocchi Small Rifle Primers at a local gun show recently for 24 dollars a box of 1500. 16 bucks per thousand. I am prepping cases as I type this for my 223 and when done I will crank up the 1050
