Got a chance to try this mold last weekend and test several powders/loads for a few of my 380s needing a larger bullet. Sized to .358" these really woke up my Bersa Thunder and Baby Rock in the accuracy dept.

.380 ACP (9×17mm) (Automatic Colt Pistol)

I haven't started Reloading for the .380 ACP
(9×17mm) (Automatic Colt Pistol) yet.

I am interested in what your Reloading. To me
a Lead bullet is the way to go.

Please tell me more about what your using to
reload and any other useful items or hints on
reloading the .380 ACP.

The only experience I have shooting the .380 is
with my Son's S&W M&P BodyGuard.

That small Pistol is impressive at close target
plinking. We were using Herter Ball ammo.

Thank you in advance for your reply.

380 is one of the first calibers I started to reload so I've got a database full of test loads and notes(quirks) for all my 380's (6 total) including best powders, bullets, etc. Before I started to cast my own bullets, my favorite all around great plinking bullets were these from SNS. I've loaded and fired thousands of them from all my pistols, including my Bodyguard and found they're more accurate than most factory ammo I've tested.

As for reloading for the Bodyguard, and most short barrel 380s, "warmer" ammo is what you'll find to be the most reliable and accurate. I'm not talking about near +P, but warmer as in the upper ranges of available load data. The normal rule of start low(min) and work up hasn't worked well in my experience.
