Default Metalife

Does anyone have a revolver finished in metalife? My local pusher has a mountain gun in Metalife for sale and I'm thinking about grabbin' it. Any opinions.

Ron Mahovskys been doing this for about 35 years as I recall.....Excellent finish, and when I just got into the game, it was one of the most well-known. I had him do many magazines over the years to replicate Stainless..He has always done fine work. Here's a link that may be helpful to you.....Zebulon

Great finish, have had experience with their finish since the mid '80s or thereabouts. It seems their prices haven't gone up all that much, either!

Mahovski's SS Metalife is really just a brand name for standard hard chrome.
Many platers like Armoloy and Metaloy have these brand names but it's all hard chrome, which is still the best all-around gun finish.
