360SS Thoughts?

I recently picked up a 360SS for my wife to carry. I can't find much out about this little guy... Is it rare, did they rename it the 360 M&P? I just love shooting it with 38 special...hits a little hard with the 357 loads. Anyways, I can't seem to find out much about these. They must have been a limited Run?

Never heard of it, nor have I seen a factory two-tone 360 before. I could be wrong (wouldn't be the first time), but as far as I know there are only the 360M&P .357mag, the plain 360 .357mag, and the 360J .38spl, all of them have black cylinders, the magnums and most recent 360J having black coated stainless cylinders. Did you buy it new or used? If it is used, maybe someone took a plain 360 and stripped the coating on the cylinder and ejector rod. If it's new, how about posting pics of the label on the box.

OK, I was wrong. Looks like it was a Talo gun, they order lots of special runs of guns from the big manufacturers and sell them through their dealer network. Check this link - S&W 360SS 357 MG FC - Camfour Exclusive

Thanks for the link! It was NIB and says 360SS on it. I will do some more homework. Any other thoughts or owners out there.
