I am looking at a new Smith & Wesson M&P360 38 Special 3-inch Revolver with Trijicon Night Sight
Item number 163076. I can not get serial number from store.

I can not find out much about this gun. I believe it to be a police issue. This one is a 38 only. Does anyone know when they were made or were they produced in large quantities. Any info would be helpful. Thank you.

I have a 360 I bought recently. It's a Scandium frame, chambered in .38 Special and certified for +P. I think it's a terrific gun!

From what I gather, S&W produces these in small runs from time to time. Thus, you don't find them in their catalog. But a search on Gunbroker or Wikiarms will find them available.

Oh, excuse me. I overlooked your comment about the 3-inch. Mine is a 1.875" snubnose. It's not M&P.

I can find these any where. They have them in the 357 but not just in 38. The 357 sku number is one higher than the just 38

I have an M&P 360. It's .357. I've never seen one in .38 only. Recoil is stout!

I am familiar with the 3" 360. I just saw one come into a shop the other day. I don't recall ever seeing one before though. It is just like the previously released 360 m&p but with a carbon 38spl cylinder. If it weren't for the lock I would buy one.

Just last night I was looking at the same gun. I'm intrigued. If I didn't already have a couple of lightweight J's I'd probably get it. If it was a no lock gun, I'd jump.
