I thought I would throw this out as a conversation starter. In your opinion what 629-x would you find most desirable or seek out the hardest if money was not an obstacle. Also why if you know.
I have many many, many..
1. 1st one would be a No dash Pinned barrel N prefix number in 4" and/ or 8 3/8". Just to have an example of a transition from blued as the primary seller to SS.
2. A 2.5 "snubby by Lew Horton in 1999 pre lock prod code 170135. 300 made or the 2.5" pre lock for Camfour Prod Code 103839 in 2000.. or both
. These were 2 of very very few 2.5" guns S&W made in the 629 configuration. I think there was 1 more product code. but I am not positive.
Anyone else have favorites they would like to have?
