Love my PC .41. Shoots great and I shoot it well but was never satisfied. In anticipation of a special hunt out West with my Son made two changes this fall. XS Big Dot front sight (Tritium insert) to replace the "Millet" orange ramp front. Wow what a difference, as well as function in dark places around a hunting camp. Then splurged on a set of custom Elk antler grips from Mike Dorris @ Md Grips - Custom Elk Pistol Grips, 1911 Grips, Custom 1911 Grips. NEVER had grips fit my hand like these. I wear XXL gloves out of necessity because I cannot find XXXL. Not long, just thick hand and fingers. The original Hogue with finger groves never fit right. Oh my, but these do. And Mike was nearby in Springfield TN. Friends should not let friends shoot uncomfortable guns with bad sights! Be a friend to yourself.
