Is the ejector rod properly tightened ? If it worked properly before you cleaned it and when you loaded it the cylinder closed fine and it fired without any "drag" on the cylinder rotating to the next chamber it might be something under the extractor star that entered when you ejected the empties.

There is a 6 " 17-4 with 3 Ts in very nice condition at a LGS No box or any accessories, does $550 out the door seem reasonable ? I have never owned one, don't need it but it just looks great, and has a very nice trigger pull, and great looking target stocks.
