I love short barrel magnums. I currently have two 2.5" M19's and a 2.5" M686-3. I am looking to add a M65 and M27 to the crew but here are my current shorties.

It is so encouraging to see folks still able to find that gun because it is numer one on my most wanted list.

I am primarily looking for a set of K Frame Magnas to put on my 19-3 2.5". I my be interested in other types of grips but prefer to get her back as close to stock as I can. I am looking for reasonably priced grips. Not looking for $100+ vintage stuff. Thanks Scott

I am usually not a fan of modifying. I love 28's and that would be one of the last guns I would mod. That said...I really dig the gun...looks great and it looks like a fantastic job. It is also a mod that I understand. I love a 28 but I love 3" Smiths. Very cool gun and nice mod!

OK the 14-2 is on layaway for me. I am not kidding when I say that there were at least 4-5 14's at my local shop when I posted this thread and when I went to pick one out there were only two left. Somebody is reading my mail..... or at least my posts. :0) All good. I will bring this one...

Dooooood..... that is the Suh wheatest nickel wheelie I have ever seen! Man there is something about 2.5" M19's.

Top two look like 3" and the 19 is a 2.5 and a 4" 28? That is a a perfect collection if you ask me. The M65 is my personal favorite in all of Smith Wheeldom. A M27 and 28 in a less than 6" barrel are among my most wanted and a 2.5 inch M19 is magnum perfection. Splendid group sir!

Yeah I will give them a call tomorrow and ask them to put it aside for me.

OK, my options are a M14-2 with the box and Magnas and a REALLY WIDE trigger or a M14-3 with Target grips and no box. The -2 is in better shape with less wear and they are both $599.00. I think I know which one the crowd will go with. So will I. Hope it is still there on Friday.

Well that I can believe. Someone obviously brought in their personal collection to my local shop. There are easily 5 or 6 in there right now. Hopefully there will be one less in there this week.
