I read Hilton Yam describing similar problems on his 10-8 Performance blog. He stated S&W was revising the retention.

I use the Bianchi model 105. It is a lined pancake style belt holster. The back is flat and it wears very comfortably. They are available lots of places like midway and Brownells. It is open bottom so can carry any k frame gun also.

I personally notice the misuse of "insure" for "ensure". One can be insured against loss, or they can ensure they do not lose it. For some reason that one always jumps out at me.
