Did ribs today Been years since I smoked any. Tried marinating in Zesty Italian dressing over night then hitting them with some kosher salt & black pepper. Might have to cut back on the salt next time. Wifey like the mustard based sauce. Just plain ole Sweet Baby Ray’s for me.

Definitely not me 🤣 This 10-5 5” that shipped in July of 1969 according to Dr. Jinks. Picked it up locally and doesn’t appear to have been shot much during its lifetime. Not sure if I’ll hold on to it or use towards trading material down the road. Masterbuck54
