Just arrived!! It's a Pre-28 sn 1111xx dating to the 1950's, 4" barrel. Love it. Shoots great too. I tried all day yesterday to post some pix but just can't seem to do it. The pix are on my computer but when I try to load them on to Photobucket they partially load and then fail. Over and...

I have Model 66's in 2.5, 4 and 6 inch - and don't feel at all badly about it. In the process of getting a 4" Pre 28 - so I suppose sooner or later I will need one in 6".

Very nice - I have a 30-2 snubbie that I even carry when I'm dressed in such a way that it is hard to hide something bigger. Would love to post pix but I'm "picture challenged". Need to work on that! Enjoy that nice gun! Steve
