I hate to say it here however my ccw is and will be my glock 27. My 9c comes in 2 nd. If it had more than 10 rounds it would be #1. But 10 9mm or 13 .40 the 40 wins

Well i have my 9c and now my fs 9 shes a little different It has the apex kit night sights and a ceracoat..(sc?) frame With myown stippling job for the grips.... Really getting into The stippling.... What u guys think? What else needs to be done?

If u did it on a full size the shield is easier less springs I. The front block its easy just use a vice with the slide wrapped in a towel and a brass punch and that sight is as good as out !! Iv now done 7 shields and 4 c or fs ... The shield is by far easier

Well if u ask me the 40 is the way to go as far as shields go the recoil is the same as the shield 9 yeah I agree 7 rounds of 40 is a lil shy of what I like however I'd rather have 7 rounds of 40 on me than 10 rounds of 45 sitting at home in the safe .. It carries nice and that what it is to me...

Funny u say that that's exactly what I did we'll I traded my 9shield for a 9c then 2 weeks later got the shield 40 . I am one of the safety lovers and while I carry with safety off I like having one for holstering and handeling so that's why I got the shield again

:cool: Yeah they are expensive I had the shield 9 and have the shield 40 .... If u ask me get the 40 and if u want a 9 Just get the barrel and mag for a 9 and u got both.. That's what I'm doing... I like that 40 C though wanna trade?!!
