In my humble opinion, while $800 seems a little high, it's not through the roof, either. Just remember, K 22s seem to multiple, and then there's the K 38s to look for, and the ever sought after but about as rare as hens teeth K 32s.... I'd make a lower offer but be prepared to pay the $800...
