    AR Pistol?

Wow that is a hefty bit of taxes. I thought the NFA taxes were all per transfer not per year. That is rather a bummer Sent from my SPH-D710 using Tapatalk

    M&P COMPACT 9MM FIRST IMPRESSION

I recently got a 40c, really like the feel and accuracy. I heard the other day that they were being discontinued though. I'm hoping s&w keeps producing magazines for them Sent from my SPH-D710 using Tapatalk

    which one to sell/keep

Which one do you shoot more? If you use the Marlin to hunt, will you be able to hunt with the AR in your state? Sent from my SPH-D710 using Tapatalk

Beretta 92 Mag Converted For M&P9

Believe me, if we could we would. Gun owners are a very small constituency here in MA. I'm not from here, and I'm not staying here, but while I'm here I'm supporting GOAL which is trying to change things here. Sent from my SPH-D710 using Tapatalk

Beretta 92 Mag Converted For M&P9

If I could, I would, and when I move I'll definitely get some modern magazines. I just want to have some high capacity magazines for taking to the range now.

Beretta 92 Mag Converted For M&P9

Thanks for understanding my issue! As long as the magazine is not modified to the extent that it no longer works in the originally intended pistol, I'm totally legal (it is the same standard as the Federal AWB). So, if I need to cut a new mag release slot, but the old mag release slot still...

Beretta 92 Mag Converted For M&P9

Im in Massachusetts. The normal capacity magazine ban is still going here so I am ressurecting threads rather than starting new ones. If I want a full cap magazine for my m&p I need to use pre ban beretta sig or sigma mags. Sorry if I offended Sent from my SPH-D710 using Tapatalk

    Is a longer barrel better?

Yeah I would never go without hearing protection. I've known guys to forgo all sorts of PPE though. Sent from my SPH-D710 using Tapatalk

    Packaging - M&P Shield

40c came in blue plastic last week as well. Its good to have the plastic in my neck of the woods because handguns are required to be transported in locked cases. Sent from my SPH-D710 using Tapatalk

    Is a longer barrel better?

I know some hunters don't bother with hearing protection. Sent from my SPH-D710 using Tapatalk

    Is a longer barrel better?

Does the optimal barrel length depend at all on the burn rate of the powder used? I imagine that maybe slower burning powders could make better use of the longer barrels. Sent from my SPH-D710 using Tapatalk

    Confused by M&P9c description

The DAO is because the striker in the M&P guns is almost, but not quite, all the way back. Pulling the trigger takes the striker marginally back before releasing it. As mentioned before this design was probably just to market to police, because the amount the striker moves back is tiny...
