Will we see more polymer revolver come out from S&W?

Polymer serves both technical and commercial purposes. Some will buy them because they are lighter and are less maintenance than steel. For total cost, polymer is cheaper as well...not because of material cost (steel is cheaper than polymer), but because polymer can be made...

    E85 gasoline?

I think you are kidding on this (in reference to fuel), but E85 means 85% ethanol. E100 is 100%, and cannot be used anywhere where cold starting is necessary (like here in Wisconsin). The 15% gasoline in E85 allows cold starting. Ethanol can absorb 10x as much water as gasoline, and one of...

    Sippin Whiskey

In Wisconsin, the term "sip" is unknown. The rule of the game is to get that volume from the bottle to your belly.

    E85 gasoline?

Way cool! Another MMO guy...I use Marvel in the tank and in the crankcase, but once in awhile...not always. Also have used it to lube my guns, although my primary product is Frog Lube...auto lubricants, fuels and gun lube products are all interesting subjects...resulting in more opinions and...

    E85 gasoline?

Don't do it. E85 is not good for your engine...I work in the automotive industry, and lead a global team that develops new alloys for valvetrain and turbocharger applications. E85 accelerates wear in valvetrain components...it is pushed by special interests and is a political football, not a...

    Utensil: What is it?

It's a Scilafidator. Given to the ancient Mayans by alien visitors from the planet Scila, just outside our Milky Way. It was used for human sacrifice to the Sun god Ra. Expect Indiana Jones on your doorstep soon. Or it may be the bartender thing the folks up top suggested...

    Scary attempted home intruder story.

Dogs are a great first line of defense. Burglars often won't bother a house with a dog. They will go down the street to the house without one. In this case, he was not a burglar, but I wonder if he would have been so intent on gaining entry if one or two dogs were making a ruckus on the other...

    YOW! ATTEMPTED THEFT!!

Thats why you should use credit cards (and pay them off each month). If the card is used fraudulently, you are not liable. Debit cards are less secure in this regard...if they can steal cash from your account, I think it is likely gone...but credit cards will not hold you liable for charges...

    What Would You Want ?

I have a short barrel 20 ga over under in the closet, and behind the headboard hangs a .38 snubby. The pitbull will keep one or two occupied while I stretch, put on my pants, tie my shoes and decide which one to shoot first.
