I will never order from Natchez in the future due to their policy, which I can't find it anywhere on their site... I made a mistake on qty when placing order couple nights ago.(partially my fault) I ended up purchasing 1box/50rd of .22LR for $3.99 + S&H of $15.90= Grand total of $19.89 (limited 10 box per customer) I immediately emailed the customer service regards the Qty error made during the ordering process and would like to cencell the order all together(Wouldn't you?). However, below is what I've recieved just now...

"Unfortunately, once an order is submitted, we cannot cancel or alter it. As per the checkout screen, when your order was placed, all orders are final. When you receive the shipment if you do not want it, you may return it by filling out the yellow return form. Customer service will refund the amount of the merchandise without any restocking fees.
Thank you,

Brian Futch

Have any of you seen the " Sales are Final" presented anywhere on the site or order confirmation ???

Look on the bright side.. After being on gun forums for several years now, I can honestly say you are the only person I have heard of that gave 40 cents per round for 22lr...

ETA... that really sucks

Yep getting sick to death of internet service. Save money but get screw other ways. Bought a scope from Amazon and it was suppose to arrive today. 5 days later it isnt shipped. Sent them an email. They were sorry and found the problem and would send it out SOON. into the sixth day and still NOT shipped.

Might be worth a shot to ask them if you could make another order of the amount you actually wanted and get a shipping discount on what you already paid.

Update: Spoke with their Cust. Svc rep. He stating that "All sales are final" is stated during final checkout process. Fine, I am okay with that eventhought would be nice if it also stated within tehir policy statement. And he also stated that itwill be impossible to find my item that have been allocated even when it has not been shipped yet.

Mistake learned from my future order with them.

Every place I have ever done business with has had an "all sales final" policy on ammunition. Nobody takes ammo returns or exchanges.

I've had two orders recently with natchezss. First one got cancelled by them. The second one they reduced my order by one 50ct. Both times, the claim was out of stock.

I find it very odd paying $20 for shipping, and waiting 8-10 days for it to ship. If you've got it, and someone orders it, ship it. If you don't have it, don't list it, or indicate that it is backordered.

Since then, I've ordered ammo from two other places; both are already on their way. Still waiting for Natchezss to *ship*...... Probably won't use them again....

You'd hope that common sense would prevail in a situation like this. No-one in their right mind would pay $20 to ship a $4 item. Even if you ordered 10, it's still .12 per round (after shipping). And the indignity of waiting another 10-12 days before you receive it.

Recommend printing out their logo and using all 50 rounds on it. It'll make you feel better.... Maybe get some tannerite at the end...

Just a thought...

Had the same problem with a die order. Called immediately to cancel & got the same message. They said once it's in the system they can't cancel. Well it wasn't in the system for 9 days!!! That's when they charged my card. 9 DAYS later. Then it was 2 more weeks to ship then a week getting here. Luckily I found a buyer for the unused dies for original price plus shipping. Won't be back there again.

Yes, but I was looking for food to feed my hungry 15-22 with. If it was for my MP22 then I would have posted in the S&W M&P Pistol section :D
