10 round magazines

Hey all just bought an M&P 15-22 about a week ago and was able to bring it and put about 400 rounds through it with only 1 FTF so i am very happy with it.

The only thing i was not too fond of was it felt like I was loading the magazines more than i was shooting. I only have the 10 round mag but New Jersey allows for 15 rounds. Just wondering if there was a way to modify the 10 round magazines to hold 15 rounds.

You could drill the pin out and place it further down the magazine...iv read of an insert being sold to put in a 25 round mag but im not sure if they r making 15s pr just 10.. Had some on ebay

I just modified my stock clip, cracked it part way open and removed the pin, now it holds 25 rounds.

Minnesota is heading down the path of limiting magazines to 7 rounds. Has any one tried installing a limiter pin in a magazine to limit it to 7 rounds?

House Bill 241 7 rounds max. Bill hasn't had a vote yet committee hearings this week. A set of five bills that will include "mental health evaluations".
