Forgot to mention, I actually met him at a WM in Houston some time in 09. We were bth headed to the ammo counter and got into a conversation while waiting for the guy to show up and sell us goodies. I do remember he bought some.357 and some kind off rifle cartridge. A perfect description for Carlos is that: Dynamite comes in small packages. I think im about 3-5 inches taller???
