You did very well...I just looked in my records, and my 8 3/8" 4 screw target gripped 14-1 (shipped 3/1964) set me back considerably more than that...And I didn't get a nice N-frame presentation box with mine either...How did I do?

Well I didn't say I was unhappy with it being a -1, Jeff...I'm extremely pleased instead...Ah yes, but you got a -1. I bought the only -1 I've ever seen in the wild and that was a 6 inch. I suspect there are very few 8 3/8 -1s. We need to see pictures one of these days.

SWCA #1457
Took possession this week. The thing appears to have never been fired. The bluing is perfect and the cylinder is stiff to open and close. All the paperwork for the pistol is under the blue velvet plastic. The plastic is not in the greatest shape shape will send some pics soon. I don't even want to shoot it. The trigger and action are much stiffer than the 14-2 well used gun I bought. Lock up on each cylinder is extremely tight. The rear sight is adjusted very far to the left which is a little alarming.
