I just purchased a Model 15-2 in 38spl and I have a question about a frame marking... On the left side it reads S.C.E 90, stamped into the frame. Any idea if this is a police/corrections marking? Sorry for the poor pic...
After looking at your post, it appears so! Thanks for the info. I bought it from a local gun shop for $195 + background check. Figured, it was hard to go wrong and hard to pass up.
