I ran up on a guy today that had 2 sigmas he wanted to sell 1 9mm and the other a 40 cal. They were in the blue boxes with all that came with them when new or he said everything was in the boxes, I was looking at the guns and thinking WOW.. They were very clean as new but I really didn't handle them just looked. He wanted $235.00 for each, my question ??? is this a good price for each of these guns.

i bought my 40 cal sigma 279 brand new..

unless they have nothing shot through them, i guess that would be a deal. id try to talk him to about 200 for each. regardless. great deal..

id pass you can get brand new sigmas for under $300 and unless im mistaken the warranty only covers original owner. id offer him $350 for both used sigmas are a dime a dozen. since they are so cheap brand new their resale value is pretty low

I may be selling one of mine because my wife wants something smaller, lighter to carry. I would sell for no less than $200. but $225. would be great. If you were planing on buying both $400. - $435. would seem fair. There is such a small difference in new and used price I would buy new. So much for sellin' one of mine!

i can get a sigma her in norcal for $249 brand new.i would pass or tell him $400 for both.

I think the guy is just starting high with the expectation that you'll talk him down. I would imagine that he looked into what used Sigmas are going for before coming up with a price.
