2 toned M&P

Anyone else see this? I don't know how old this is or if it's discussed in a different thread. 2 toned with a nickel slide listed on S&W website. Looks like a "Talon Exclusive" which probably means only Talon sells it. Didn't Gander Mountain have a 2-toned M&P a while back? Still, if it's an exclusive, it makes me wonder why it's listed first on S&W's website. I still don't know how I feel about it. I think Ruger's SR's look better 2 toned but a M&P in other than all black looks a little wierd. Maybe I just have to get used to it.

I have mixed feelings about an M&P in black. I couldn't see some other guns, notably certain Sigs, in anything other than black either. I don't mind it in my Glocks though--they're so bland looking already. I do find that the nickel boron coating is great and I've also heard they can do it in black--I just haven't seen it yet.

I loved the two tone M&P first time I saw one. Refinished my 9FS and my 9 Pro is out for the same treatment. Both have Apex FSS triggers these days.

It's a Dr Optic red dot.....I use this gun for paper and steel shooting mostly. It's a freaking hoot to shoot. Just point and shoot
