Purchased a 2014 Mustang 3.7L Premium Pony Package it is to be delivered next Saturday. Considered trading in my 2014 F150 for newer model but decided to keep it and get a car for fun and MPG. Didn't plan on Silver same as my truck , it had best price and Carfax service record. Will have the shop I've been doing business with several years check it out.

Congrats on the new-to-you Mustang. You are going to have fun with it.

In 2002, for my 50th birthday, I bought a brand new Mustang GT convertible. Beautiful red metallic with tan top and tan leather interior. At my age then, I opted for an automatic transmission, as my 95 Ranger had a 5 speed manual. Cost was $30,000. I sold it in 2009 for $9300 at 47,000 miles. It was fun but it was time for me to move it on.

My grandson bought a 2015 Mustang when he turned 17. His dad was not real happy thinking he should have gotten a nice Corolla or some such but the kid had been working and saving his money for several years and paid cash for it so dad could't say much. Told him I would trade him my 2018 Camry for it but he was not interested:o

Nice work. Good looking Mustang.

I bought my 1966 Mustang when I retired from the AF in 1989. I was the third owner. Fastback, straight six, all original. 32 years later I still have it. Now has a 1989 5L (302) in it. I've got a 289 for it but it is having overheating issues; hope to get it back in the car this year or next spring. I never drive it after the first snow and then put it back on the highway after the 3rd spring rain. Love it.

That is gorgeous.

Learned to drive on my mom's 1966 Mustang with 289 V-8 (not the high perf 289 which was the other V-8 option-think it is referred to as a K code car). Midnight blue hardtop.

Still have an affection for all Mustangs after all these years.

My favorite is 68 fastback , when in JR high admired a Seniors blue 68 big block 4 sp , Cragar wheels 70's front wide 50 's tires on the rear.

Ordered this one in November of 2004 when Ford decided to make the Mustang look like a Mustang again. It was my 50th birthday present to myself. Got it the last day of March 2005 and have had it ever since. Not a week goes by without someone wanting to buy it off me. Might just be the 4.6 V8 but it's plenty fast for me. It would run circles around the 71 Dodge Demon 340 I had. Sounds nice too.

Great vehicle. I got to drive one for a bit (forget if it was the 2014, but same generation) and I loved it. I always heard derision towards the V6 mustang as just being the cheapo poser option from mustang fans, and having driven both, sure the V8 is cooler, but the V6 is super impressive for what it is.

I bet if Ford had changed the styling and marketed it under a different name we'd never hear the end of praise from car enthusiasts, I found it incredibly fun to drive, it had plenty of power, a good manual transmission, and still managed decent reliability and gas mileage.

Is that your GT40?

Haha. They wanted me to park in the other side of it but I don't want to block the view. The prototype Gt500 was in a tent next to it. This was outside three Rivers Stadium in the week leading up to the Pittsburgh vintage Grand Prix in July 2019 The guy with the GT 40 brought it instead of his aC Cobra because it was supposed to rain.

2013 BOSS 302 in Grabber Blue

If that's yours, I'm jealous.
2012 or 2013 Boss is my favorite car. I don't even care what color it is as long as it says BOSS on it. Some day I will own one. I told my wife it's what I want for my 57th birthday next year, we will see.

I bought my now ex-wife a 2011 Mustang 3.7 L convertible for her 50th birthday.

It was a blast to drive, handled curves like it was glued to the road. It was only beginning to stretch its legs when I discovered the 117mph governor. Irritated me that I hadn't found that out before buying it.

Black with beige leather interior, great looker too.

Never looked better than it did the day she left in it!
