2017 Mountain Gun S&W 625 45 Colt

Please bring back a production run in 2017 of the
S&W Mountain Gun Model 625 Hand Ejector, 45 Long Colt,
stainless steel, 4" Bbl.

Maybe in 44Mag, and 357Mag also.

Why did the mountain gun ever cease? Who doesn't want 4" tapered barrel N-Frame? Ever since I got a 25-7 nd started loading 45 Colt, I've been craving a 625 MG....

Way more mountain guns would please me. The extra barrel and underlug weight might be good for some recoil reduction, but the idea of a handgun is to have light easy to carry firepower.

Besides that the Mountain guns are what S&W revolvers are supposed to look like.

2017 Mountain Gun

I see since I posted this Topic, there are some
fine examples in the Want to Sell.

If I could do Face to Face buy, the one guy's two
MG's (357Mag and 45Colt) would be mine to add
to my collection of MG's.

I don't trust that kind of money with low posts,
Christmas fast money and the distance thing,
for that reason I'm out, and waiting for a new
run of MG's to more realistic prices.

Send it via USPS Money Order and if they never show claim it as fraudulent and they will give you your money back and prosecute him for mail fraud (felony).

Sorry to dig up an aging thread.... but I was wondering the same thing... how do we get the message through to S&W or Lipseys or someone that at least a limited run of .45 Colt Mountain Guns would sell out quick!!
