22A question

Bought my 22a back in early December. I use it as a warm up gun before I start shooting my 9mm's. I have a couple FTF's but I'm shooting the cheap Remington ammo, so that's to be expected. She shoots tight groups and like I said, it gives me something to warm up with before shooting the nines.

I'll have a range report with fed Champion bulks, and cci minis as soon as I get a chance. Gonna give it it's 1st cleaning this weekend along with my new 15-22. Smith's have a lifetime warranty right?

I've only been shooting for 5 months, this is my first handgun.
So far I have had NO issues whatsoever. I broke it in with
CCI mini mags, and now shoot Federals.
Have a Truglo on it.
I joined a 50' Bullseye league, and love it...
I doubt at this stage, I would do any better with
a higher priced piece.
Some of the guys with much higher end stuff,
have a lot more problems than I..

One thing I would like to ask some of you is,
can you have the trigger worked to lessen the amount
of travel? I don't mind the effort, but the travel is
quite large. I tried a guy's HS, and you just barely touch
the trigger and it fires.. I like that for Bullseye..

have had one for over 15,000 rounds firing pin just broke.s&w sent a replacement for free. great ,fun gun to shoot.

I have had a 22a for a number of years, always had many FTE FTF problems no matter what ammo. Ejector broke and I sent it to S&W, since it has been back it works perfectly. I should have sent it to them years ago. I'm sold on S&W because of their lifetime warranty.
