32-20 ship date query for great-grandfather's revolver

We received our "Factory Letter" on July 16, 2025.
I don't know who keeps databases of these, but for those interested:

Smith & Wesson .32-20 Hand Ejector of 1905 Fourth Change
(aka .32-20 Military and Police Model, Square Butt)
Serial number: 106487
Ship date: March 24, 1922

Who did it ship to, a gunshop, a hardware store, an individual, etc.?
 
1915 - 1940
Improved Service Sights was One of the changes that appeared around this serial number range.
Can’t see the top strap on these Frames but Hawg Rider’s 6” might have ? The improved Sights?

It shipped to The Richards & Conover Hardware Company, 5th & Wyandotte, Kansas City, Missouri. The great-grandfather who bought the gun lived in the Kansas City area at the time.
