Just picked up from the original owner. 36-1 3" appears unfired in the original box with paperwork. No cleaning kit. Even comes with the original 1973 registration card from Las Vegas police when the infamous Sheriff Ralph Lamb was in charge. All number match including grips. Overall 95% condition.

Round butt or square , Blue, nickel, Pics ?

In SE Florida its a $400 gun with the box docs grips, $350 without.

I like those 3" Heavy barrels especially in Square butt configuration.
