That may be a good possibility in Michigan, but hardly likely here in east Texas. I've been in this same county since 1978 and I've never heard of a civil case of this sort even hinted at. There's actually more of a chance of receiving a medal for saving the LEOs the time and effort to prosecute and saving the taxpayers the expense of a trial.

My message is simple do not do it.If you are involved in a self defense shooting and you are loading your own the state will have a field day with making every accusation in the book that you made those rounds'EXTRA LETHAL'.JMHO......MIKE
