3913 2nd round slides forward in mag

I have noticed on my 3913, after I chamber the 1st round, then I drop out the magazine, the 2nd round (or 1st left in mag) will have slid forward in the magazine. It doesn't seem to cause an issue and the gun always shoots flawless. I am guessing the bottom of the slide is dragging on that round and pushing it forward. Anyone else experienced this? Would polishing the bottom of the slide be a good idea? Bad Idea? Does anyone see this as an issue to be concerned with?

I do own multiple 3rd Gens and this is the only one I have consciously noticed it happening with.
