I ran across a LNIB 3913TSW Tactical for $750. Comes with case, mags, etc. Is it worth that much?

650.00 would be a better price. The TSW designation and LNIB cond. may command a premium, but that's still high.

The same group also had a 908S in similar condition for $525. I'm not very familiar with that one but it looked good.

I thought so. I can give it a shot but they'll probably be firm.

The S&W book has $575 for ANIB. Your LGS is trying to make an extra $175 on the uninformed shopper!

The 3913 is a very nice gun, I think they're out of line with that price. $500. around here if you find one. They are getting harder to find but I'm just not giving that kinda money.

Here is a 3913 TSW NIB for 400,- Euros

That's about $520 US. I went to that site and couldn't read a word!:) I guess I forgot what German I once knew when in Hanau. I still remember how to ask for a beer, though.(Ein bier, bitte)

I think I need to look around a little more. I thought the price was a bit exorbitant, now I know for sure from the comments.

Way Too Much

Recently found a "used", but non-fired 3913TSW, for $400. Two extra 9 round mags at $15 each. No box, no papers, just a great pistol.
I see lots of police trades for around $390 to $439.
Keep looking.

That was great, thanks. Looks like it's been sold but, it sure looks good.

Thanks for the heads up...I'll give him a buzz. Maybe with some luck he'll send a pic or two.

What is the difference between a 3913T and a 3913NL. I have an NL and its a great pistol.

Which is also on top of whatever they screwed the original owner out of! Shops never give you anything near what the gun is worth, but they'll sure resell it for what it's worth - on the high end!

Just looking at one today at my LGS, cash $450. Looked in excellent condision with 1 mag, no box.. call him up tomorrow. His name is Mike, 413-732-9938

Still there... $450... I can't buy it yet.. got like 4 guns on layaway... :D He had a beautiful m43... was there for a little while, I was really getting a feel for it, finally played with it for a little while last time in.. went in this morning,.. it's gone... :(
