4006 magazine score

Found 14 new/like new 4006 mags recently at a pawnshop. Also got 1 9mm magazine from same place.

Very good finds! I see two 9mm mags, the 14 round model 59 and the 12 round 6906. Good prices?

Great score! You may already know this, but the yellow followers are early 4006/4046 mags while the blue followers are later mags (or have had followers replaced). There were at least 4 variations of mags with blue followers. The 11rd restricted mags marked LE only, the 11rd mags NOT marked LE only, the final 11rd variant marked Accu-Glide, and of course the 10rd variant. As with any used mags I would check/replace the springs which are readily available.

Yea the 14rd 9mm magazine came from same place, the 12rd came from different place.

Yes the yellow are early, got the 1st 4006 as soon as I could find one in 1990 (TFE99XX) also have a late CHP 4006. I already had a bunch but could pass these up, may end up getting ride of a few of them.

Where do you think I could find OEM 4006 magazines springs that are readily available?
I need some and am having a hard time finding them.

Midway generally has the factory 4006 mag springs but not currently shown - I have also purchased the 10rd variants from them - keep an eye out there but they do have the Wolfe Springs - or Numrich or buy the Wolfe springs direct from Wolfe - they used to be available in standard or 5% stiffer in pkg of 1, 3, or 10.
