4013 to 4516 question

Does anyone know if the slide off of a 4516-2 will fit a 4013 frame.

Well I just put my 4516-2 complete slide on my 4013.

It fit and operates fine, but to what end?

Yes, if the 4013 you're asking about is the single stack pistol built on the large, 45/10 frame.

The 4516-2 slide will not fit on the 4013TSW double stack frame.

The .45 slide will likely fit onto the 4013 single stack frame...
but the .45 magazine will not go into the .40 frame.

Most inquire about mating the 4013 slide to the 4516 frame, not the other way around. The idea here being to convert the 4013 barrel and magazines to 10mm, then use the 4013 slide mated to a 4516-1 frame for an all stainless compact 10mm.
