4026 holster with badge etching

Posted this in the semi-auto discussions, should have posted it here.

A man at work asked for a holster to be made and stated that he wanted to have his father-in-law's badge etched on the holster. So I made the holster for him and then he found a local business to do the etching.

Here are a couple of pictures. One before the holster is etched and one after it had the badge etched on the holster.

Very nice workmanship.

I have found that the laser engraving shops can replicate just about any image that can be uploaded or scanned into the computer controls. Badges, military crests, even photos of people or animals. I've done a few special orders for retirement gift sets and such over the years, but this never gained the popularity I thought it might.
