I've been researching 460s here lately and have a question about the 6.5 inch and 7.5 inch models.
From what I have read, the 6.5 inch model was a Stainless Lew Horton edition 170263
I have also found the 7.5 inch model to be an Elliot Brothers limited run (500) Black - Two Tone 170287
There seems to be a bit of confusion on the barrel lengths from older posts I've seen... I think this is due to some people including the compensator in barrel length and some not.
What I'm trying to determine is whether S&W ever made a 7.5 inch stainless model?
One major distinguishing characteristic I've noticed is the 6.5 inch version does not have a front sling swivel hole
