I'm reloading for my 460 xvr 83/8 barrel.I'm wanting to try some hardcast 300's with gas checks.My question is where can I find load data?

Good luck on that. What type of accuracy are you willing to accept? I tried some 300 gr Missouri Bullets hard cast at 18 bhn. I couldn't get them to shoot worth a crap in my Burris scoped XVR (5"-6" at 50 yds). As a matter of fact, I tried 300 gr speer, 240, 250 & 300 gr Hornady. NOTHING is as accurate as thew 200 gr FTX bullets. I think the XVR was built just for the screaming 200 gr slug.

The 300 gr speer seemed to be the best. I kept a few loaded just in case something inside 50 yds needs a lot of killing.
