500 is rattling

I'm looking for help identifying a mystery rattle in my brand new sw 500.

I looked through countless forums about the subject and most people said it was likely the hammer block that is free floating.

I decided to pop off the side plate and remove the hammer block just to confirm, and the noise still persists. It sounds like it's coming from where the firing pin is located but I can't be 100% sure.

Anybody got any ideas?

Just in case anyone stumbles across this with a similar issue. I figured it out.

After fully disassembling the entire revolver, I found the culprit. The rattling was coming from a free floating pin that sits inside the trigger housing. A few drops of oil quieted it down.

I didn't happen to see any posts that weren't pointing at the hammer block or internal safety, but it's good to know I'm not alone and that it wasn't something broken.

The only thing I've ever noticed rattling when I shoot a 500 Mag are my fillings! LOL!! I don't own one but have shot quite a few. Never really noticed a rattling noise.
