I have not been watching these for a long time...I ran across a beauty today. 98% gun (at least). No box or goodies...one magazine.

Any idea what a guy should pay?

Thanks.

For what it's worth, the last 3 or 4 yrs at the local gun emporium 52's in nice shape, some w/box, extra mag etc, some w/out, price has been pretty consistent in the $800-$900 range. I think there was one real beauty w/box and all the trimmings that topped $1000. I haven't noticed a price differential between the different dashes.
4 yrs ago I picked up a nice 52-2 w/box, all paperwork, 1 mag, and a bbl weight for $850, prices seem to be about the same now.
Although they're not jumping off the shelves, they do seem to move eventually.
In this area Target Pistols don't seem to be in demand, same store usually has several mod 41's and a 1/2 dozen nice High Standards (which are underpriced to me).
Contact me if you'd like info.

My local Cabela's has two (I think) and they have most of the stuff with them. Outside of costing more than I could afford I don't remember specifics, but if you search the Cabela's Gun Library East Hartford, CT they should be there. FYI-This Cabela's seems pretty high priced on most used handguns.

I find KevinG's comments the same for my area. I've seen real nice ones in the $950 range and go back weeks later and the gun is still there. Still its a lot of quality for the money.

Thank you gentlemen. The dealer seems to be in line @ $850 OTD.

I'll have to think about adding another!!!

Happy New Year.
