thank you, those pics help alot.
they have this stuff at brownells to mold barrel vise bushings. i think it's like an epoxy putty or somthing. I'll try to make a set with that.

I talked to Frank at LSG Manufacturing in Texas and he said that it was covered under warranty and is going to send me a shipping lable. Thanks for the help anyway. I just thought it would be a good excuse to learn somthing new. I'll save the info about the barrel blocks for when i need it.
