I find difficult to reinstall the barrel after cleaning, is the small cut for the rod on the barrel
May be polish?
Thanks

The small cut in the barrel is meant to hold the lip of the rear flange on the end of the guide rod. It's possible that the edge of the flange has been damaged/worn and is not able to properly fit the cut. You might try filing the flange to get a sharp rear edge or simply get a new guide rod.

DO NOT mess with the cut in the barrel. Always work on the less expensive part.

In what order are you reassembling it? Make sure you read the owner's manual to ensure you are doing it correctly.

I have the gun for more 10 years, it began to be difficult 2 months ago

Then it's probably time for a new guide rod. Given your location, getting one may be an issue as the parts are no longer available from S&W. However, someone may have one in France or they may have started making them locally. Possibly a local machinist or gunsmith might be able to face cut the flange and restore the sharp edge needed to hold it in place.

Numrich/Gun Parts Incorporated in the US will probably have them, I don't know about possible export/import restrictions.
