I am searching for a 60-4. What should I expect to pay for one in LNIB/ANIB condition with box and paperwork in this current market?

Actually, there is such a small market (ie number changing hands) that it is hard to establish a price. I've seen them for as little as $800 for a near perfect gun w/o box and dox, and up into the $1300+ range for the NIB package. But first you have to find one!

I knew I wanted one as soon was Dale53 let me shoot his, and he had to keep it hidden every time I visited, so finally he tracked one down for me. It was NIB, but didn't stay that way long! This was at least five years ago and I got the "friends and family rate". Even then it was $700 or so back then IIRC.

I paid $750 for my first one. I bought another one at a gun show for $525 and got a dealer friend to sell it for $800. The dealer I bought if from had no idea what it was. That was two years ago. Neither had box or paperwork with them.

I just picked one up a few weeks ago for $650. Nice shooter.
