On someone's last nerve..
I never winterize the bike because it seldom gets too cold for too long.

We broke 60 today so after a rowdy morning of yard work, I took the Guzzi out to blow the dust off.

Maybe this summer I'll do the house painting I planned on doing two years ago...

Yeah, we got pretty close to 60 here today.
But I'm not counting out the possibility of another cold snap just yet.
We've had snow in April at least 2 or 3 times since we moved to Spokane 11-1/2 years ago.
We've had a mild winter so far - up until late January, but we got some pretty cold and snowy weather in February.
I'm hoping spring is here - but I ain't counting on it yet...

Last week or so it was stay in the house cold. (I'll never buy a new car again without remote start.) This past week it was actually sunny outside and flannel shirt warm. Right now, 9:30 AM Pittsburgh time, it's snowing. It seems lately that around here the big snows happen in March. So far nothing drastic is forecasted by the weather guessers for a while. But the salt bucket and snow shovels are in their standby modes until at least April.

Nice 72 yesterday so I got out and did some clean up in the yard. Bought a new battery for the lawn tractor and got it out and cleaned it up. Today the high is going to be 45. Well darn back inside for another week.

WA typically gets a "false spring" in February. Sunny & warm for a week, sometimes hits low 70s, only to crush you a week or so later with 40 degrees and unending rain.

Gotta take advantage of it when you can.

We hit 60 F for the second day in western Washington, so I am calling it for the ground hog!

73,
Rick

Have been seeing high 40's to low 50's here in western Montana for the past few days. Not going to last, more weather moving in late Sunday and into next week. Nice while it lasted, though !!

Was in the 50's all week, today 20's. Yo-yo up and down forecast for the next 10 days, 40's to 60's. Need rain badly, yesterday the dirt was blowing enough to reduce visibility. Had less than 5 inches of snow total for the winter so far. But you never know what March will bring!!

We've been in the 80's for the last few days. Going to cool off for a couple days, all the way down to the 60's, then it's back to the mid 70's. Been riding my bike all winter! Much better then a Maine winter.
