Picked up a 45 Colt mountain gun slightly used. Came with box and all the papers. Should I fill out the ownership card and send it in? Does this gain you anything?

Finally able to get a few pics. Here it is. Picked it up at local shop were I mostly score Colts. This is a great shooter put over 100 rounds through it last weekend and had no issues and it is very accruate with my handloads. Think this one will be a keeper. Does have the dreaded lock (did a kitten just die?), but even so it is more fun than a tupperware gun.
Quality of the photos is not great, sorry.
