627 PC Front sight installation

Stainz mentioned in another post that the front sight is spring loaded. Can someone please forward a brief overview of how to remove the stock sight and replace it with a HiViz sight. Thx !

With the gun unloaded....Grab the front sight and pull it straight back. Then start lifting the front section up and out.

Oh and put the new one by pulling it back far enough to push the front down, and then release it front.
